You have the possibility to book rooms at a more favourable rate by making a reservation in good time prior to your stay. In doing so, you can reach at an average a reduction of twenty per cent from the regular price valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. The offers inserted on the following pages already contain the price reduction.
The following terms apply for the reservation:
1. It is only possible to pay in advance and with credit card. The credit card is charged 24 hours after reservation.
2. 20% off Best available rate for bookings made 30 days prior to arrival, full deposit payment requested within 24 hours upon reservation.

3. Cancellation policy:
- if cancelled within 24 hours upon reservation, the full deposit can be refunded to the credit card;
- if cancelled after 24 hours upon confirmation, 90% of deposit will be charged as cancellation penalty;
- if cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be charged.
